Easy to take
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Emergen-c crystals remind me a lot like pop rocks. They contain 250mg vitamin c and zince, vitamin b, and antioxidants. The first taste of them is sweet but after a moment they do turn sour. My son loves them and my daughter not so much.
