    The best thing for severe constipation

    I've tried everything from ex-lax to milk of magnesia and when I tell you this is the quickest most effective product I've ever used, I mean it! I did get mild discomfort and cramping but nothing compared to other products I've used, AND it worked within minutes.

    Best product for the money.

    The only product of this type that I use. It is the best for the money and it is Doctor recommended. I like this product because you do not cramp while using it. It is very gentle on your system. No dyes or perfumes are used and it works very fast.

    instructions did not say how long to leave it in. Had to go online to Look for this information. But The online instructions also were incomplete.
