Our 100% reusable Flex Cup is a body-safe menstrual cup featuring a patented pull-tab for easy removal. This beginner-friendly cup offers up to 12 hours of comfortable leak protection and lasts for years, ultimately saving you money and time. Flex Cup is an alternative to tampons, period underwear, pads, and menstrual discs. Many of our customers switch between using Flex Disc and Flex Cup throughout their cycle, depending on their flow and what activities they're doing—we love options. Flex Cup is made in the USA using velvety-soft 100% medical-grade silicone for the most comfortable fit. Flex products won't disrupt your vaginal pH and have not been linked with TSS. Flex Cup comes in two sizes so you can choose the perfect fit for your body. Size 01 is ideal for beginners or pro cup users with light or heavy flows and has a capacity of 2 SUPER tampons. Size 02 is ideal for experienced cup users or those who have had 2+ vaginal births and has a capacity of 3 SUPER tampons. If you're unsure where to start, we recommend starting with Size 01. To clean your Flex Cup, simply empty your cup, rinse with cool water, apply a mild soap or cleanser, lather, and rinse again with warm water. Let your cup air dry and store in its pouch until next time.

Wash your hands and pinch your disc in half. Get in position ( try sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg up). Insert the pinched disc down and back. Then, tuck the front rim up behind your pubic bone.

    Delivery Details

    Same-Day Delivery is available in as little as 3 hours for retail orders with an eligible address. Minimum order total required for Same-Day Delivery. Same-Day qualified orders must be placed at least 4 hours before 8 PM or store closing time, whichever is earlier. Select stores may have extended hours (including 24 hour delivery). Some orders may not be eligible for Same-Day Delivery due to delivery address, holidays, weather or other delivery constraints. Customers are not required to be present for deliveries. Delivery window is only an estimate and may be subject to delays. Delivery is not available in all locations, including Puerto Rico and Hawaii.
