Effectively Prevents my Sugar Cravings!

I'm on a weight loss journey and combining this supplement with a healthy diet and exercise has helped me lose 10 pounds! I will admit that I'm a bit of a sugar and carb addict (who isn't?) and evenon my weight loss journey I have to include sugars and carbs to a certain extent as completely depriving myself often means that when I have an indulgence the entire diet goes out of the window! These berberine supplements prevent a small snack or treat from turning into an all-out splurge! I notice I don't feel anywhere near as hungry after having a carb or sugar heavy snack as I normally do, and this has worked wonders for helping me to stay within my calorie limit even on the days where I do treat myself! The capsules are large but there is no taste and the product is easy to swallow and doesn't lead to any stomach upset as many supplements typically do for me! Back into a size 2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was already small, so taking something like ozempic could not work for me but I wanted to get back into my pre birth control weight. I took this and it totally reset me back to eating healthy and also craving less carbs and sugar. WHAT cravings?!?!
