Perfect to massage foot with tendinitis
Have tendinitis & this roller has helped a lot. I ordered spiked massage balls & had a frozen water bottle but this item is a combination & very convenient. wow this is amazing
I didn't realize how much I needed this! My feet feel so much better, less tight, less painful after using this. I like that there are two surfaces and I'm not stuck with just one. I have not used this heated or cold yet. One problem is that it started leaking from the side so I'm going to exchange for another one.0 users found this review helpful.
