This has truly been helping with my back issue. It's been helping with slouching, helping with the pain I deal with every day. Feels better doing the dishes. I am so happy I tried it. good quality hard to use
One size doesn't fit most. I am 6" and only 160lbs, a slim build. I couldn't either get arms through or couldn't reach the straps to re-thread to tighten. Velcro will not stay attached
