    great product

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My doctor suggested I take this probiotic when I was suffering from bloating and indigestion issues. I take this probiotic once everyday before breakfast coupled with few dietary changes has really helped with my stomach issues. I did not see any benefits from the probiotic for the first two weeks. But gradually my bloating reduced greatly. I've been taking this for one month and I'm very happy with the results.

    Simple to take

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a probiotic to add to my diet. I was nervous that this was gonna give me bad side effects like pain, bloating and gas. This supplement can be taken any time and it has not given me ill effects. It's just one pill daily. I have noticed a difference in my routine and will continue to use.

    Work well!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like these because they're only 30 billion - you need atleast 10 billion per day but I don't like doing 50+ because it's a bit much for my digestion/makes my stomach a bit more sensitive. These are you basic probiotics - I usually go for the women's but, this is good for basic everyday if you're already taking another supplement that may have some included probiotics or enzymes.

    Good for the purpose

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these for a few weeks now and noticed some mild improvements. Nothing crazy spectacular but is easy to add into morning routine. If you need a good probiotic then this is a good one.

    Good

    Much needed

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Garden of life is one of my favorite brand simply because they deliver great quality products and supplements and I can always count on them for having good products and them working! Probiotics are extremely vital and work a great change in your gut. These have made a significant change in my stomach issues and I feel much more balanced and feel good after using these! I will definitely be buying more!!

    Finally feel good!

    Nice

I have been using this for about a month to restore my gut health and increase healthy bacteria. Very easy to use and goes down easy. Have noticed no ill side effects. Seems to work well.
