Best Probiotic

It took a few days to work, but I've notice an improvement in my digestion. They were a little large, but were not difficult to swallow and had no aftertaste. Lifesaver when you're sick

Luckily I had just received my Garden of Life Gas & Bloating Relief Probiotic Capsules. I used these during the duration of my illness (and even after), and it tremendously helped comfort my upset stomach, gas, and bloating issues. I used this, along with an antibiotic that I received from my doctor, and it also helped ease discomfort from the GI symptoms the antibiotics present. Everything I needed!

I usually try to avoid salt and some specific type of food to make the bloating less visible but it has been a source of embarrassment and discomfort through the years. It makes me avoid certain types of clothes and even go to the beach. The Garden of Life Gas & Bloating Relief Probiotic Capsules product gave me finally some relief and helped me with this problem. I took it a few times and it made me feel great. I still avoid salt but with this product the bloating is way less visible.
