Healthy digestion
This probiotic seems to be working as well as Phillips and others I've used. It keeps me constant, and no side effects.

I got the only case of food poisoning I've ever had last summer, and ever since, my stomach could barely handle most foods. I got sick at least once a week just from eating my usual diet after this. I decided to try some probiotics and tried A LOT of different brands. I finally came to this one and it truly changed my life so h could eat without being sick again. It healed my gut and take it religiously over a year later. I cannot recommend this probiotic enough. Better than ALL of the rest.

Never care to write reviews, but ive gone through so many different multis and at best felt okay, this one made me feel an actual noticeable improvement in just feeling really good! :)
