These are Probiotics With a Plus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I completely believe in using probiotics to improve my overall health wellness. As I aged and began taking some medications I wanted to support my GI tract and normalize my digestion. This shelf stable probiotic has the added plus of Ashwagandha to help with my stress. It is an adaptogen that has been used in ayurvedic medicine for centuries in India to ease pain and inflammation. I just need one capsule a day to help my gastrointestinal microbiome as recommended by my doctor. I like that I can take t with or without food. One nice change for me is also some improvement in my occasional heartburn. I really like that there is stress and digestive help in one pill. I introduced it slowly to see if there were any side effects and controlled adding lots of supplements. No taste!

Great for sensitive stomachs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these for my wife because her stomach is often upset. She typically has to eat yogurt every single day, which is fine except that sometimes, I just want a big plate of pancakes. Taking these daily has helped calm her stomach so that we can eat whatever we want for breakfast. I call that a win. Seems to work!

I never feel nauseated and the stress care that's in it, is an add on! I haven't noticed a huge change in stress, but it does seem to help elevate it to normal.
