To preface, I have type one diabetes and have to be very careful about the things I eat / drink based on their sugar contents. This is the one and only energy drink that has low sugar, doesn't spike my blood sugars, and energizes me without the jitters. I am a loyal Fast Twitch customer as I order two 12-pack cases of this multiple times a month. The Grape flavor was my absolute favorite, but have since moved to Cool Blue since Grape is no longer sold. (Wouldn't be mad if the Grape flavor made a comeback though). I don't like the strawberry lemonade or strawberry watermelon. Extremely sweet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this energy drink since it's not carbonated, has caffeine and contains electrolytes, but it was a big NO for me. The taste was awful and extremely sweet, so much that I couldn't even finish the small bottle. Energy Drink
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fast Twitch Energy Drinks are amazing for hikes and warm-weather workouts. They contain 5 calories, 200mg caffeine, and daily dose of B6 and B12 vitamins. That being said, I did not enjoy the "Cool Blue" flavor. It reminds me of overripe blueberries. The flavors tend to seem too sweet unless I'm really thirsty. In hot weather hikes, this is a 10/10. Really hydrating
