These items that I bought do the job safely and without discomfort. They are easy to use and replace use of old methods to dislodge food between the teeth. Flossing is still necessary to clean the teeth thoroughly. Quality of product sharply declined since last purchase. Have used these for years & they had improved the strength. Now they're once again so flimsy they break after using between 3 or 4 teeth. I had a coupon so benefitted from a better price. Love this product- can carry it in my purse for those times when an annoying piece of food gets caught in my teeth. Works really good, no worry about splinters.
