This was a tough one. I don't believe the actual problem was the product. I grew up eating Haagen Dazs. The problem was the product was frozen and likely thawed and frozen again several times. When I finally removed the wrappers the product was iced over and the ice cream had huge ice particles within. Where did the Gluten Free Symbol go?
This was my most favorite ice cream bar. As some with celiac disease, it made me feel so secure to see the gluten free symbol on most of your items. Where did it go? I've had to stop buying them because of this. Did you change the recipe?
