Was looking for something to help with my memory and clearing my brain fog. Been using this about a month now. When I first started, I was skeptical it would work, but it took about 4 days to notice any changes. I feel clearer and able to respond to things much faster for sure. These pills look intimidating at first, but I promise they are SO easy to swallow! NO taste or nasty aftermath at all. Take with food! I will add that this is something that you have to be extremely consistent with. I missed about 3 days off this vitamin and I felt significantly foggy and drained again.0 users found this review helpful.
