I would highly recommend it if you enjoy a classic fruit punch flavor. It is a little heavy on the pineapple flavoring but thats what made it so good in my opinion. Nice taste.

I have had to use a infusion blender to get to dissolve completely. Isopure Infusions Whey Protein Tropical Punch
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love taking protein whether it's protein powder, liquid, bars, etc. I take the flavored kinds. I take whey isolate a lot with my work-outs before & after. I also take it on a daily basis. It's good for my digestive system. Isopure, Infusions 100% Whey Protein Isolate in flavor Tropical Punch is a good flavor. I love tropical flavors. It's light unlike other protein powders. Contains 20g of whey protein isolate. No artificial flavors or colors. Sweetened with stevia leaf extract. Serving size is 16. I make sure i read the directions to shake & not stir into a full glass of water or smoothie. Sometimes i like to mix it up with different flavors in a smoothie. It also tastes & looks like a thick milkshake, which i like. Only use 1 scoop as recommended. Then soon as the foam settles i drink. Taste so good. I can feel the protein entering my body. Works great. Oh wow the learning curve!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this protein powder as I had been looking for something that would mix with just water versus almond milk or regular milk. There is one heck of a learning curve for using the powder. My suggestion follow the instructions exactly. You cannot mix this by hand in a normal drinking cup. You absolutely have to use a protein cup with shaker ball or an electric mixer. There is no way around this option. Also, do not use room temperature water,cold water or barely warm water. You have to use a decently warm, almost hot water to get this to fully mix which is why I am only giving it four stars. It's amazing over ice however it is not something that is made to be used during a workout in my opinion. It is rather thick and almost cloying. I water mine down if I'm using it during a working. I purchased This not for working out but because I have Gastro paresis. Taste Refreshing

I'm also losing weight, so I prefer to drink this before I exercise, during and after. You do need a shaker to make this drink. It has a distinctive taste of mineral taste with the flavoring. It's not sweet. But what you'd expect from a protein drink if you've ever had them before. It dissolves well and has a pretty good taste to it. It makes things much easier.
