Blessing in disguise
I am a diabetic....I started to take this product just as a meal replacement and to help elevate night cravings. I started the vanilla shake Tuesday night and today (Saturday) I am down 9 lbs. Don't add to coffee
This tastes really good but it does NOT mix with coffee. I tried twice and it turned into a rubbery hard substance.
