[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What are these good reviews about? I just received this from influenster and I tried it the second I opened the box. I followed the directions, (wax first, then stencil, then powder) and my eyebrows ended up looking like greasy blockbrows. I also tried making my own pomade, and that turned out equally as bad. I do have thin brows (result of the 90s), but when using the right products they can look fuller and natural. This did not achieve that. First off, the wax is like vaseline mixed with a glue stick. The colors were wayyy to dark for me and ended up looking greasy from the wax. When I tried taking it off, my makeup remover pad barely did the trick, and there was a smear of thick grease left on it (still there after going through the wash). Cute kit but a little messy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a cute little set with lots of parts and options! I personally don't do my brows that often and when I do I just use a pencil. So this was a whole new experience for me. I liked having the wax but honestly it got a bit messy for me (I think I used too much). Additionally the stencil was super cool to have but again, it created more of a mess for me than a help. This was my first time using this kind of brow formula and a stencil so maybe with more practice it would be better for me. In the picture I did the brow on the left (my right) with the kit and the other side is my natural brow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first opened the package, I was a little nervous that the colors would be too dark. They are perfect! Very subtle and not too pigmented. I am not a fan of the wax because I'm oily and formulations like that break me out. I also prefer using my own brow brush. Better than I expected!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First selfie is before, second is after. It's a very subtle difference. When I received this for free from Influenster and JOAH Beauty, I thought it was going to be wayyy too dark. But actually after making the pomade on the back of my hand as suggested on the box, it's quite subtle! It's very natural looking and definitely something I can see myself using in the future. Love that it's waterproof, but that did make it difficult to get off the back of my hand. I did use the stencils as a bit of a guide, but I'd never used stencils before so it was a bit awkward to try. Good if you like powder brows

I can see how this would be a good product for someone who likes either of those things. Its decent

Its super affordable as well, the kit comes with everything you could need.
