    I like the control x

    I like the control x coloring shampoo but my hair is darker. Switched to darkest brown black shampoo in color and was much closer to my natural hair color

    Coloring is too dark

    I wanted Light Brown coloring but my hair was dark brown after the process! I followed the instructions explicitly, allowing the coloring to be on my hair for exactly 5 minutes but it didn't matter. My hair is Dark Brown. I had much better luck with the brush on coloring! The process was more difficult but the results were more acceptable
