Shoulder arthritis/partial rotator cuff repair. Used it for CrossFit (rowing machine, assault bike, dead lifts, bench press etc). It helps. Give me much more freedom of motion than shoulder sleeve and doesn't all sweat up. Really only issue for me, is that for ideal placement of tape on shoulder joint area, you do need a 2nd person to ideally place tape. I’ve used kt tape for
I've used kt tape for years. I have arthritis in my knees and I find by taping them up I can walk further and dance a few more dances. Decline in tape durability
Tape works great but durability has declined over the past year or so. Tape frays within 2-3 hours of application. 24 hours after application it just has to removed because of all the strings that are separating from the tape. The pro extreme should be able to be worn for 4-5 days and it used to be capable of that.
