Great for frequent swimmers or for ny ankle which the pro typically peels off quickly. This is the best product

The tape is good and works great, my only issue is I use it on my hand for carpal tunnel/thumb tendonitis and it doesn't stay on my palm at all. The second I start doing something even after applying it the sides will start to come up. I got this in hopes of not having to replace it everyday but I have to change it once a day. I use KT tape on
I use KT tape on my right ankle up my anterior ligament to relieve pressure I get from some really strong veins in my foot. The tape wraps under my foot and the anchors are on the top of my foot and the side of my calf. This means that a portion goes under the bottom of my foot along the arch. There will be sweat, it will get wet. This Oxygen style tape is the only KT tape that has managed to stay put for 3 days without peeling. Most of the time, I have to change the tape daily or within 2 days at the very least, even the extreme peels after an intense run, whereas this one stays put.
