Did they change formula?
Yes, I bought this at CVS when the product was first introduced. I read that it was able to reduce the brown spots left by insect bites. That was the sole reason for the purchase. I used it every AM and PM on a obvious spot on my leg where an unknown insect drilled into me. After finishing the bottle, I saw very little, if any, improvement. Since buying this, I see they have either a new formula or a new label proclaiming that it contains 12% niacinamide. My bottle did not list the percentage, but the serum was made in Germany. I hope they have improved it because spending such a high price for such a little bottle and getting no results is ridiculous. I am not going to repurchase—new formula or merely new label—not worth my money.6 months agoHi Barb!
