This literally saved my hair. I have beautiful long hair and recently moved to a new apartment with very hard water. My hair kept breaking and was so difficult to brush regardless of the leave-in treatments and conditioners. Worst clarifying shampoo I have ever used. I never feel like my scalp gets a good cleanse. I don’t understand the hype on TikTok. It’s really not clarifying to me at all. My regular Briogeo shampoo cleanses my hair better. And it doesn’t smell good at alllll :/. Nice shampoo
I have straight low porosity hair but oily roots. This shampoo smells nice and cleans very well. It leaves hair soft and manageable. The only disappointment is that for a clarifying shampoo my roots/ scalp are oily the next day! Holy Grail! Make it in a bigger size please!
I have naturally curly low porosity hair. This is hands down the best shampoo I have ever tried-- even better than much more expensive brands. Even my husband (who has a totally different texture of hair) loves using it. the BEST shampoo I’ve ever tried
I usually hate writing reviews but this shampoo deserves it. I always buy expensive hair products (Kerastase never fails!) but someone told me to try this shampoo and I am in love! Not sure the chemistry behind, but for some reason boosts whatever your conditioner will do. I have been using this mask for a long time, and ti was Ok, but after buying this shampoo, the same conditioner is doing wonders! I guess glycine (or maybe what ingredient) is doing God’s work. Also, I have an oily scalp and it is controlling it very well. Amazing hair transformation
I recently moved to an area with hard water for the first time and didn’t realize what it was going to do to my hair. Just one week in, my hair was so sticky, greasy, and tangled that I knew something was really wrong. I needed something right away and found this shampoo at my local store. AMAZING difference after just one use! Now I use it every other time I shampoo and my hair has literally never felt softer and smoother. Will use if it stays on the market.
As a person who lives with hard water, I use this along with a water filter (not softener, they're different and softeners are way more expensive) and also use it as a clarifying shampoo 3x a month. It's never failed me ever. Surely there's other clarifying shampoos on the market, even ones that target hard water as well - I even have another clarifying shampoo in my bathroom -, but I always go back to this for this main reason: the scent. The scent is UNREAL and I literally get excited whenever I clarify just so I can smell it. It's the BEST scented hair product I have by FAR, maybe the best scented product I have in the house full stop. I also used the conditioner for the same reason. My ONLY complaint is that the packages exclusively come in 6oz. I would love there to be a 12oz option like many other L'oreal products, but I would even settle for 8oz. I also know this is a recent launch and the hard water awareness isn't as relevant as it needs to be so this line could be pretty niche, which could mean that this line could be cancelled soon in the future. I really hope it doesn't happen! I would love to see L'oreal sell more product in their containers and keep selling this line from Ever Pure!
