Tried growing out color, had alot of gray. although I liked the softness and texture , it wasn't growing out evenly. I hesitated to color, afraid it would dry out my thinning hair. Took a chance with this new excellence and I am so happy I did. So easy to use and the result was amazing. I have used this product for years to cover my gray hair. Great coverage. Close to natural color. I love the new shampoo they included. Smells so nice. They should sell the shampoo in a stand alone bottle. My box also included an anti-aging facial moisturizer lotion sample. So super impressed!!!!!
From a first time self hair coloring gal, I have to say this product is the BOMB!!! I moved several states away from where my salon is and was nervous about going somewhere to get color (my hair is blonde red). I had been talking to another similarly colored hair gal at a restaurant and asked her where she got her hair done. She told me she used this product so I decided to give it a try. I'm impressed!!!!! My hair color is exact, very natural and doesn't look colored! Wow! Where has this been all my coloring life???? Formula Change 4 Dark Brown???
What happened to my number 4 Dark Brown go to hair color that always used to work. Did you change the formula? My number 4 Dark Brown is now making my roots a dirty yellowish brown color that is not gonna match the rest of my hair. Turned my natural light ab hair BROWN and damaged
WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU GUYS?? I've used this brand and shade for years for my roots (the RR). Recently grew out my dark strawberry blonde hair but my grays were coming in as well and I used this to cover in high hopes of maintaining the color with a darker root. (Think Ombre). Color came out darker than expected
The product and packaging are nice, but the color results are definitely not what is shown on the box. My hair was blonde but getting darker at the root level so I bought the champagne blonde and now my hair is the same color as my roots were. The box showed it to be more of a natural light blonde and that did not happen at all. My hair is now dark with a red cast. Now I need to go out and buy another box to fix this mistake. Not impressed by the color
I've been coloring my hair for 20 years, while I am a natural blonde it is darker than I like so I go lighter. This is the second time I've used this product, as I try to give things a second chance but I will not do it again. My hair is always so bright and vibrant, this product has made my hair darker and more dull. It is definitely not the color on the box and already being blonde it definitely should be.
