Toning orange from natural white/gray hair
My platinum gray hair was toned by a hairdresser which resulted in orange tones in my hair. I tried hair color remover, lemon juice, vinegar, baking soda shampoo paste, Dawn dishwashing liquid shampoos and clarifying shampoos with NO positive results. I will use it again just not use the toner.
I used the bayalage light to dark blonde and my hair came out perfectly until I used the toner then my hair came out ruined my hair was way too dark and we were both disappointed because my granddaughter did my hair for my birthday and she did it for the first time but I do my hair all the time and it wasn't her fault it was the toner it turned my hair from a beautiful blonde to a too dark color far from the light blonde and no highlights.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on lorealparisusa.com - MackieReviewed 1 year ago
What a great product!
Two years ago, I stopped coloring my hair and am a nice mixture of medium blond and white hair. Sometimes it looks a little dull, so I tried Platinum Pearl. This stuff is amazing! I left it on about 12 minutes, blew it dry, and then went out to eat with friends. They complimented me on my hair, how shiny it was, how healthy it looked, and how beautiful it was. Fantastic!
My hair is white and the ends get that ugly yellow tip after a while. I have had it professionally done and it never worked. Took a chance on this and LOVE IT! Was very easy to use. Didn't make a huge mess of my bathroom. I got the dark grey and all it really did was take the brassiness out of my hair. It did make my hair softer and it look healthier.0 users found this review helpful.
