    Effective from the first use

    As someone that's lactose intolerant, dairy heavy or dairy forward foods can cause me a lot of stomach pain. My husband convinced me to try lactaid and it literally worked from the first use! It's easy to take with whatever I have t drink along with my food, and they come in easy packaging to keep in my purse or in a coffee table drawer at home. It's been a game changer and allows me to eat dairy based foods again!

    Hit or miss?

    I'm only giving this 3 stars because when it works it's fine, but other times it does nothing at all. I haven't been able to figure out if it's the timing of taking it, or if it's just not always effective, but I guess it's worth a shot, it won't make things worse for you!

    The best lactose solution

    we use it with ice cream, many desserts (the ones that have cream), plain milk... the list goes on.

    Yes!!

    This is a game changer. It always helps one night out with friends in case I want to eat dairy. It's easy to open and the ingredients are what I expected

    When I say they work they work

    These work so good and fast! I recently became lactose intolerant and this have been a life savor from feeling like I'm being killed. They have no taste and good amount of tablets for the price!

    Works great!

    Our granddaughter has to take these if she wants dairy. Work good for her so she can enjoy treats with others.
