I'm in love with this line. Please never discontinue it!!! This spray really helped me pump up the volume. It adds some flyaways but I'm happy with the compromise, my hair often falls really flat after I sleep or lay down. I'm unhappy with the denatured alcohol, particularly it being the second ingredient. The spray definitely makes my hair feel dry after applying, but that feeling does go away once it sets. I really like this stuff and despite my concerns about the denatured alcohol I plan to keep using it; I co-wash and condition every 2-3 days anyway so I'm not overly concerned about damage. As for how I apply it, I spray a moderate amount on my dry hair with my head flipped upside down; then, keeping my head upside down, I diffuse with a small hair dryer on low. It sets up pretty quick. Simply Perfect
After desperately searching for a spray alternative to a "defining" cream, I happened upon this product and was amazed. It didn't weigh my hair down, nor did it make it crunchy, it actually does what it is advertised to do; gives me 3 days of curl. A must have product!
I use this spray along with a curl cream (Redken)-small dabs of the curl cream in the palm of my hand, then spray the Strictly Curls in top and blend the 2 together and scrunch. Follow with diffuser at roots briefly and let air dry. Helps with frizz
