    Found one on the bottom of a closet...

    Hi there, i found my lock after a while and do not have any clue what code is it on. Padlock is open, is there a possibility to check the code or change it?

    How to open it

    I bought this a year back. It is unused and i am unable to open this up. Kindly help.

    The lock is a set your own combination lock. If it does not open on the zeros, then the combination was changed.

    Very Disappointed

    Accidentally changed the combination at the gym after two usages and was unable to open the lock. I find that here in support there is no way to reset the combination so this lock is now useless. There needs to be a different way to set and maintain the selected combination. It is too easy to accidentally press the top of the lock down which changes the combination. Will probably never purchase another one. After forgetting the combinations on several preset locks I thought this was the answer to my problems, no key, nor having to remember a predetermined combination. It's back to a keyed padlock.
