Defective powder
Second one in a row I buy with no powder. I thought the first one was just defective but seems to be a recurring issue. Not right for me
I was very disappointed with this product. I was looking for a replacement for the apparently discontinued Expert Eyes Pencil in light brown. The soft brown Express Duo was way too dark for my coloring, and the blonde was not much better. The waxy finish made me look as if I'm ready for Halloween. Please bring back the original red wooden pencil. It has been a staple forever; why discontinue a good thing?Reply from MaybellineHace 7 mesesHi there. Bummed
I am bummed that I need to give this product a low rating. I love this product but the last one I purchased, the tip has broken off 3 times and now it is almost gone. I complete waist of money. MISSING POWDER!!
I previously LOVED this product. But the last 4 that I've purchased & then returned are missing the powder that goes to the foam.
