Dries Out Fast
I have worn this mascara for many many years. I’ve noticed over the past year or two that’s not near the amount of mascara in the tube, it doesn’t last near as long and it dries out quickly. I have purchased it out of habit and yet I’m continually trying to find a better one that is waterproof. This mascara does not move. Once it's on, my lashes are long and luxurious looking. there is no caked on mess.
