They have a nice orange flavor even though they don't contain sugar they still taste sweet when taking them. They give the right amount of fiber my body needs to keep me regular without pain . Easy to just eat one as needed to boost fiber intake. They are a chewable gummy form and the taste is manageable orange flavor.
