[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Metamucil for a few years now to help with digestion, provide added fiber and to help control my blood sugar. I usually make the drink quick, fast and in a hurry so that I can gulp it down quickly so that it doesn't get thick. This Metamucil + Collagen has a nice smooth taste when mixed with water. It continues to help my digest my food and keep my sugar levels at bay. It's time
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought I might start concentrating on my regularity and joints as I approach 60 years of age. I'm fine now but it's a great idea, I think, to start taking suppliments now. Metamucil has been around as long as I can remember so I trust it to give me the fiber and collegen I need. The plus side is it is made with stevia , since I am diabetic this is great for me. Excellent way to stay regular!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had irregular movements for years. Metamucil really helps me to stay regular, without having loose stools or biding me up. I noticed a difference the same day I started using it. I really like the added benefits of Collagen and that it is sugar-free. Using a natural sugar substitute Stevia. The Metamucil is very pleasant tasting and mixes easily. Everyone could stand to have more fiber in their diet these days. Metamucil is a great natural way to get that needed extra fiber, effortlessly. Would highly recommend this product! It’s ok
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a bit excited to try something plant based but it made no difference. I felt a bit better as far as the digestive area is concerned. If I missed a day I felt the same as before taking it therefore I had to be consistent in taking it daily. I felt no changes in my mobility. At first I really disliked the taste but after continued use I got accustomed to it. It does smell horrible. I like that there is no aftertaste. Hey, sugar free with Stevia is great. Easy to swallow!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Metamucil in the past. This has a better taste and is not gritty. I am loving the added benefits to this. It is a big help with regularity. The only draw back I have found with this product is if you don't finish drinking it in a timely manner it does start to congeal. Awesome stuff!

I was shocked at how well it has helped me out . I seem to have gotten a little burst of energy since using this. I was so glad it didn't leave a bad after taste.
