It did work for a headache but I can't say if it was the coolness or the darkness it provided or both. Great relief

I always wanted to try this cap but wasn't sure if this is the right one for me. This band is little heavy, I use it after freezing it. Worked good for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical of this product. I wouldnt say I get a ton of headaches but when I do they are usually pretty bad. I got this to see if it would help take aome of the edge off the pain. And it does, it definitely helps. It fits good, not to tight or loose. Seemed to work almost immediately. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did nothing to relieve headache, even with the cold feature. Using the cold feature made everything feel off kilter when it was on the head. Having the wrap around the head was like what you might imagine having your head stuck in a vice or something. Comforting
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 19 year old son suffers from headaches/migraines. In the past I would freeze a wet wash cloth when he felt the headache come on. But that took time to get chilled plus it would cool fast. Miracle Headache Relief is so much easier and quicker. I keep it in the freezer, flat on a shelf so it's easier to use as it's chilled.
