    Doesn't last

    The coolness and compression feel great initially, but doesn't stay cool more than five minutes. Then I have to put it back in the freezer and wait a long time to use it again.

    Great headache relief

    I suffer from the most horrible migraines and I had tried every medication possible both over the counter and prescribed. After an episode with no medication relief, and my husband finding me on the floor crying from pain and nausea, my daughter googled remedies and went to the pharmacy to pick this up. I was willing to try anything. It says to put in the freezer but we didn't have time I needed instant relief when she took it out of the package you could tell it was cold, like if it had been in the refrigerator. I put it on my head and right away I felt some relief. The combination of the cool sensation around my eyelids and around my scalp, the way it snugged my head, and the blocking out the light and sound was just what I needed! I feel asleep with it! I would recommend 1000%

    Should've tried it sooner

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been wanting to try one of these headache relief caps since they first came on the market. I didn't because I thought they might be gimmicky and not really work. I have TMJ which causes regular migraines. For me, the best thing about this is the compression. It definitely works. I really like that it can be used cold or warmed. I wish I hadn't waited so long to try it.

    Amazing

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Miracle Headache Relief is amazing. This ice pack fully encapsulates your head allowing the cold to help relieve your headache. This had been incredibly helpful multiple times for both me and my wife. I also love how soft it is.

    Absolutely love

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is probably the best thing I have ever used for my migraines. It is tight on the head but helps relieve tension headaches too. I prefer putting in the fridge instead of the freezer though. That’s just personal preference. My husband loves it out of the freezer cold.

    Fantastic Headache Relief

This is a multipurpose cap and it truly is a miracle! The gel is perfect and flexible so you don't need to worry about it clumping, causing discomfort, and the entire cap stays perfectly cold.

    Relief!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I get a headache, I get headACHES! So, I am always on the hunt. For something that will make my headaches go away or make the symptoms bearable. Pressure on my head usually helps and when I got the miracle headache reliefI was skeptical however, I have had two major migraines since and the miracle headache relief made it so much easier to bypass. It helped with keeping pressure where it was needed and cooling!
