Helps you go!
This has saved me! I take medication that makes me suffer from constipation and this always keeps me going! There is so scent and mixes into my water really well. It's tasteless! It's a good price for the amount you get! Bad dosage instructions
They claim the markings on the inside of the cap make it easy to ensure you get the correct dosage. Well the dosage markings are white on white, barely visible to the naked eye. Additionally, the dosage is in grams. There is nothing that states what 17 grams equates to, tablespoons, teaspoons. Making it very difficult to ensure you are taking the correct dosage. Good product but not enough packet. Expensive where most elderly cannot afford this product. It works to all sufferers with constant continuation.
