    IDK….its a no for me

    I have mixed reviews about these. I feel like it worked in a sense and it didn’t work. My nails grew but it made me grow hair in other places. They really didn’t have any other benefits to me. For the price I thought it would of been better.

    Biotin tablets

    I use it everyday to help me with my hair and nails, it helps with hair loss, I have been using this product for years and it helps me with my hair.

    Rotation of Supplements

    Biotin has been in my long rotation of supplements and vitamins as I have gotten older. Not entirely sure if I see or feel a difference. Nonetheless I am sure it cannot hurt.

    Biotin helps my hair to not brake and thin out .

    I’m especially like the Natures Bounty Biotin for healthy hair.

    Biotin is amazing! ✨ It really helps my nails and hair grow stronger and healthier. I’ve noticed such a big difference since I started taking it — my nails don’t break anymore and my hair feels thicker and shinier! 💅💁‍♀️

    It was ok

    I took this because I heard it was good for hair growth and nail growth but it did absolutely nothing for me. Packaging is minimal and there wasn’t a taste to me.
