Small capsules that are easy to swallow.
I have been taking this daily. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They thankfully do. It leave an aftertaste. Helps with hair growth and fullness

This nature's bounty biotin supplement really did not do anything for me. Science says growing hair and nails is more complex.
