    Nature's Bounty Magnesium is an okay supplement for the price. The 400mg dosage is convenient, but the tablets are quite large and can be difficult to swallow. I haven't noticed a significant difference in my energy or sleep levels compared to other brands I've tried. It gets the job done as a basic supplement, but it's not my favorite.
