    Bones

    The helps with bones and now with everything that is going on they are expensive and they helps with bones and it good for you..There is no taste and the quality is great for your money.

    Works for Muscle Issues

    I regularly get muscle cramps in my legs and charley horses in the strangest places. Doctors can't find a reason and I've tried all kinds of different products and of all sorts. After years of unrelenting misery, I found Nature's Bounty Magnesium 500mg. It doesn't make them stop but it does make them much less intense. It's also easily accessible and affordable. I don't mind the size, it's worth the payoff and there's no smell or taste. Bonus points for a flip top lid.
