I havent had a bad dream in many years. I tried this the first night and fell asleep but had a night mare. Didnt think much of it but it happened again on night 2. Went back to my zolpidem and no night mare. Tried one last time 3 nights later and another really bad episode. Stay asleep!
I usually don't have troubles falling asleep. My issue is, when I want to move my bedtime earlier, I always wake up between 1-4AM and many times can't fall back asleep for hours. The first night I took this, I slept through the whole night. I've only taken it a few times but it works every time for me. Didn’t work
I saw the package as I was standing in line and it convinced me to purchase the product. So I was pretty excited because it had me convinced I was going to get a good nights sleep for a change. Well, that did not happen. It made no difference at all. Helps get a solid night's sleep
I am really pleased with this as a natural sleep aid. I went through a bad period of sleep trouble. I was getting desperate tried this based on the box's description for sound sleep ingredients/ timed release benefits and no groggy mornings. Ha! I may as well have taken a placebo. Not only did it not help me sleep but I slept worse...in strange fitful periods. And I was exhausted the next day. I was very disappointed after over a week of lying awake for hours wondering why it wasn't Working! I was not sick or hopped up on caffeine.
