This vegan Vitamin B12 is a lifesaver for those suffer from Alpha Galactose Syndrome (AGS) because our diet does not include most meats (we can only eat chicken and fish) and ordinary mammal derived B vitamins. Although the level of vitamin B12 in my blood registers as normal in the U.S., some other countries require more. By taking one of these per day with dinner, I experience less pain on the soles of my feet each day. I have quite a case of, what I hope is just idiopathic, neuropathy and nothing worse. It is wonderful to feel even a little bit of relief.
