This is my go to nasal rinse as opposed to the Neti Pot. This is easier but you do need to change the bottles every three months as they say. The absolute best!!
My eleven year old son has mastered the art of using this thing! When I tell you he really CLEARS his nasal passage, I am not kidding! Complete Sinus Cleanse

I have been using these NeilMed bottles twice a day for many years and they are usually very effective; however, recently I have purchased three new bottles that were defective. Seems like there is a defect in the white tube that makes use of the system impossible; air bubbling up and water all over, does not deliver solution to the sinuses.
