Great alternative to powders

I'm not a fan of the usual collagen powders because I don't like the taste, so this is a great alternative. I'm 40 so I need the extra collagen supplement, and I love that this is so quick and easy. I love how easy they are to ingest
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking these tablets for a few days and I liked them, because they do not have an unpleasant smell or taste characteristic of supplements, personally I do not feel that they have any, and that makes it easier for me to ingest them, I love that in addition to being collagen it has biotics and vitamin C, they have an adequate size and that another thing that facilitates their intake. As I have been using it for a few days, it is too early to talk about the results, but for the moment I am liking it.... Something I don't like is that it says that I must ingest 6 a day to see better results, but I'm a bit lazy for it.. Fantastic multi nutrient supplement!

These capsules have been so helpful because all I have to do is take them rather than mixing a powder in a shake. Also, the added biotin and vitamin C are crucial! One of the main reasons I chose this brand!
