I have used this toner for years without any issued. The bottle I recently bought has "new look" written on it, and I am wondering if that is also a new formula. Now when I use it, my skin turns bright red and feels almost burnt. I stopped using for several days to determine if something else was causing the reaction. The redness stopped but happened again after I used it this morning. I’ve been using this toner as part of my daily skin care routine. It’s such a solid classic after cleansing. I apply it with a cotton pad and it removes leftover impurities without stripping my skin of moisture thanks to its alcohol, free oil, free formula, which is awesome because I balance between struggling, oily and dry skin, depending on especially how my mental health and my chronic health is. Personally, why I love it. It’s alcohol, free, and gentle perfect after cleansing especially at night after a long day. It also helps remove any leftover dirt and oil. I have never been a big fan of using a toner. I thought I would give this a try because I love these products from this company. I was really surprised at how well I liked.
