Love the smell and the feel it leaves after shower. I am Also impress with the packaging: modern and compact. However, I got built up after 3 tries. And then the built up gone at 5th tries

Saved my hair!
I am so in love with this conditioner! I way over did it with bleaching my hair, and for the longest time it was super dry no matter what I did and it tangled every day. I found this during a sale they were having and have been using it ever since. After one wash my hair already felt more soft and I could actually style it without any tangling problems. My hair finally feels healthy again!

Effective

Not hydrating
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from influenster and brands (Neutrogena) in exchange for my honest review. This conditioner was probably one of the worst conditioners I have used. For reference I am a coily hair girly, so I need extra hydration to combat the dryness that my hair experiences after washing. While I get my main moisture from my leave in creams, I also want that extra oompf and this conditioner did the opposite. I had so many tangles, there was zero slip and my hair shed more than it would if the product was more hydrating. Im upset that it pretty damaged my hair and made me lose unnecessary hair. I almost didnt want to post the review because of it. However this is my opinion and everyone else will probably have a different opinion than me. This was just not for me.

The bottle sucks
First of all I want to say that this product is pretty great… however the packaging kills its score for me. The scent is so light, refreshing and clean - I honestly love it. I like their conditioner a lot more than their shampoo. It leaves my hair feeling super silky. The down side is this stupid square bottle. After the first few uses, the bottle cracks and makes it a nightmare to remove the conditioner from the bottle. It is also impossible to have it set upside down due to the rounded top. Such a dumb design all around. Conditioner is easily a 4.5/5 The bottle is what brings it down to a 2/5
