Best retinal without prescription

Easy applicator and silky consistency
I love the smell of this product! it's not overwhelming, but it's nice and fresh. The packaging is great for easy application and I keep keep next to my bedside to apply to hands, neck, chest and face before bed. non drying.

Burning rash in face and neck
Used this for four days then skin came out in a burning rash around eyes and neck. Definately not for me.
