Perfect primer
I have tried the Neutrogena Shine Control Matte booster Face Primer + Serum, and I can say it works perfectly as a primer before makeup. The skin looks hydrated and healthy, which is a great plus. However, it does not live up to its promise of controlling shine. After a few hours, the shine reappears, especially in the T-zone. It's a good product to prep your skin before makeup, but don't expect it to keep your skin matte all day.

Beautiful matte finished
Neutrogena Shine Control Matte booster face primer+ serum is great for oily and shiny skin types looking for a more matte look to their makeup and to control natural excess oils in your skin while nourishing and preparing your skin for makeup. It leaves you with a beautiful matte finish and makeup that lasts longer.

Perfect Little Primer
I love it! Wasn't expecting much, but...it was easy to use, dried instantly, felt smooth, and gave my face a glow! I'm 69 with dry, sensitive skin. (And wrinkled) Never cared for primers because they always felt thick, sticky, or cakey. I can wear this alone and look smooth and bright. Or wear foundation that goes on smoothly and stays that way!

this inexpensive face primer got my skin prepped & ready for makeup. i noticed when i use this product my fave is less oily through out the day. will definitely repurchase.
