Lack of product
Bought this based on great reviews of liner itself. The liner is OK However quickly realised this only has 1.22g of liner which is about 10 uses. This is really disappointing as you're mainly paying for the plastic stick. Sadly won't be buying again..Reply from NYX Professional Makeup1 year agoHello there! Not sure friendly
Loved how it goes on but I can't figure out how to twist it up or get more product. I thought it was twistable. If not, the amount I paid for how long it lasted is NOT worth it.Reply from NYX Professional Makeup1 year agoHello there! We know how frustrating that can be, but we'd love to help! Here's a pro tip we hope will make things easier for you: you can use any cosmetic sharpener to sharpen our product! Gently turn the pencil three or four times without applying too much pressure to get the best results. And once you're done sharpening, make sure to remove all shavings from the blade edge. Thrown away
The product itself is very good. However; I have had to throw all of them away. I cannot sharpen them. They do not fit in the big sharpen side or the small sharpen side. I have had to use a knife to sharpen off the sides. But I wind up breaking most of it off, at which time I just get mad and throw it away. I bought 10 of them in different colors after I bought 1 and liked it. But I hadn't had to sharpen it. I won't get anymore.Reply from NYX Professional Makeup1 year agoHi there!
