I started taking these after hearing some negative feedback from my doctor on Melatonin. These are an excellent alternative for those who struggle getting sleep. They don’t keep you in deep sleep through the night necessarily but certainly help you calm down to get sleepy in the evening. I have also been in situations where I have taken these mid-day for some anxiety/panic close-calls. Love the relief!
The first time I took these, I could feel my stress easing. Subsequent times, the effects weren’t as obvious, but I definitely feel an improvement. We have a high needs son so any stress relief I can get is a blessing. I have already purchased or second bottle.
