Never Slept Better!
My doctor suggested I take two of these before bed each night as a mom of two under two to help me get better more restorative sleep. She was very clear to take these over the Olly Sleep formula since she and I are not fans of taking anything with melatonin as a first option, more of a last resort. Wow! I tried these to manage my OCD and I'm disappointed. I believe they've worked about 3 or 4 times out of all the times I took it which was much more than that. When it does work, I feel relaxed but it doesn't last too long and then I have no idea when it'll work again.
