    Danger

    You need to put a warning on your containers that contain L-Theanine. That supplement can interfere with prescription meds to control blood pressure. I had a very nasty experience after taking the recommended dosage of your sleep aid.

    Reduced L-theanine by half

    I've been taking these for years. I recently restocked and they not only taste significant worse but they weren't working as well at quieting my brain down. I still had my old container so I decided to compare…. Olly has reduced the amount of L-theanine in these from 100mg to 50mg per serving without disclosing or reducing the price. Such a bummer - will have to go find a cheaper/more effective alternative.
