ONE Bar Vanilla Latte

I liked the Vanilla Latte Flavor, it had a good taste. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is really comparable to a shot of espresso in caffeine content. This may or may not be a positive for you. As this is made with milk products, it is not suitable for vegans or people sensitive to lactose. The protein content of 20g is nothing to sneeze at. Taste is a little subjective, but it is probably one of the more pleasant protein bars you'll find. I've shared some of these with work colleagues, and the consensus is that it really does taste a lot like a vanilla latte. It tastes good at first but then you start to taste the strong aftertaste of playdough.
